COPEN GRAND Location and Connectivity

Copen Grand location is at Tengah! It is surrounded by major developments like Jurong Innovation District, Choa Chu Kang, Bukit Batok and Jurong West and Jurong East where Jurong Lake District will evolve into Singapore’s second CBD.

 

The new executive condo in Tengah will feature a series of dedicated walking and cycling paths on both sides, creating seamless connections between the two modes. What’s not to love about this idea? The area is connected by major roads like Bukit Batok Road, Brickland Road and Forest Drive and key expressways like the Kranji Expressway (KJE) and Pan Island Expressway (PIE).

Spaces for community gardening and farming

In Plantation District, there will be a farmway that connects the community and recreational facilities. This 40-meter wide path spans 700 meters long to weave through all of our housing precincts! within the district. 

 

The new Plantation Farmway will be a vital connection between residents and key facilities in Tengah town, such as the town centre, Central Park and Forest Stream.

 

The residents of Tengah will be able to enjoy farm-to table dining by growing their own produce and sharing the fruits at farmers markets along Farmway. These activities offer everyone an opportunity for new experiences, connections with each other as well bringing back a bit more kampung spirit in today’s world! Green pockets for relaxation and community interaction



2 Community Quadrangles will be located within the Plantation Farmway. These community quadrangle gardens will be an oasis for residents! The shady trees and comfortable seats provide them with peace, while also providing shade against the heat.

The Grand Piazza, an expansive open green space with a small stage will provide more opportunities for community interaction.

 

With a space of about 1,000 square meters in size, residents can enjoy and participate in community events such as exhibitions, bazaars or performances.
