Copen Grand location is at Tengah! It is surrounded by major developments like Jurong Innovation District, Choa Chu Kang, Bukit Batok and Jurong West and Jurong East where Jurong Lake District will evolve into Singapore’s second CBD.

The new Plantation Farmway will be a vital connection between residents and key facilities in Tengah town, such as the town centre, Central Park and Forest Stream.
The residents of Tengah will be able to enjoy farm-to table dining by growing their own produce and sharing the fruits at farmers markets along Farmway. 2 Community Quadrangles will be located within the Plantation Farmway. These community quadrangle gardens will be an oasis for residents! The shady trees and comfortable seats provide them with peace, while also providing shade against the heat.
